As of July 31, 2025, we are sold out of parking contracts. You may email the address below to be put on the waiting list.

Parking in the Callaway House garage is now managed by Metropolis, not UBC.

Standard 24/7 parking contracts allow parking at all times.

The current rate is $135 per month plus sales tax and a transaction fee.

Availability is limited because these spaces are always in high demand.
